2. Digital Services & Immediate Access (No-Refund Policy)
Due to the nature of digital goods, web-based charting views, and immediate access to analytical parameter tools:
- Non-Refundable Services: Unless explicitly stated otherwise during a promotional offer, all purchases, subscriptions, educational course fees, and access payments for Charting Charts services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Once access to our digital content, charts, or analytical features has been granted to your account or email, the service is deemed fully consumed.
3. Cancellation Policy

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual):

- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused days remaining in an active billing period after cancellation.
4. Exceptional Circumstances & Technical Glitches
We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our charting analysis tools. In rare cases, refunds or service credits may be reviewed under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
- Severe Technical Downtime: If a technical glitch on our end permanently prevents you from accessing a paid digital service, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
To report a payment issue, please email info@chartingcharts.in within 48 hours of the transaction, attached with your payment receipt and details.
